The Southern Illinois Golf Course Superintendents Association is the Southern Illinois Chapter
of the The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA).
The purpose of the Southern Illinois Golf Course Superintendents Association:
- To provide for and enhance the recognition of the Southern Illinois golf course superintendents as professionals.
- To advance the art of greenkeeping and the science of turfgrass management; to collect and disseminate
information concerning efficient and economical management of golf courses and related environmental issues.
